Deep England, ITV Psyops, and a Parliament of Cowards
This Week In Media | 19th - 25th February 2024
It’s approaching the end of February already. So much has happened in 2024, and so much more is set to be announced.
All eyes on the first week of March for a major announcement…
The Planned Obsolescence of Deep England
This week’s essay in The European Conservative focuses on the landmarks which are unmistakably English, still residing in alcoves of the country untouched by the urban sprawl of diversity.
The above image is of St Edward’s Church in Stow-on-the-Wold, which is believed to have inspired the Doors of Durin in The Fellowship of the Ring. Within the Church, a clock which was wound by the same family for a century has been automated since 2006.
The spirit of technological specification, material abundance, and efficiency-over-aesthetics will destroy everything which is beautiful and particular about our culture.
This is what Camus meant by ‘the Great Replacement’: not merely that one demographic would be substituted for another, but rather that the attitude that all human beings are fundamentally fungible equal producing-and-consuming units will homogenise everything and reduce the world to the most profitable lowest-common-denominator.
The Unique Vulnerability of Post-Imperial Britain
Honoured to be invited to be a guest co-host of my friend Harrison Pitt’s podcast Deprogrammed, on The New Culture Forum, this week.
On a rainy Wednesday morning in Westminster, we interviewed Prof. Nigel Biggar, Anglican Priest and author of Colonialism: A Moral Reckoning.
We discussed why Britain is uniquely vulnerable to charges of racism, made by enemies who practice collective guilt with impunity; and if an abdication of Christianity is the cause of cowardice in the face of forces who denigrate our history, heritage, and ethnic identity.
Harrison will also be joining us on the Podcast of the Lotus Eaters on Friday the 8th of March; and sticking around for Lads Hour afterwards, to discuss what must be done about the Deanos…
The Unforgivable Cowardice of the UK’s Politicians
Speaking of the Podcast: this week, I covered the shambolic Ceasefire debate on (what was meant to be) the SNP’s opposition day in Parliament.
Speaker Lindsay Hoyle has repeatedly deflected from the threat posed by imported Islamism; instead blaming rhetoric in the Commons, on social media, the “the far right” for MPs feeling intimidated and being murdered.
Fearing reprisal from a mob gathering outside Parliament, and projecting their declarations of genocidal intent onto the tower housing Big Ben, Hoyle grafted a Labour motion for a conditional ceasefire onto the debate between the government and the SNP.
This prompted jeering, Tory walkouts, and the government withdrawing from the debate altogether. Conservative and SNP MPs have since called for Hoyle to resign.
But what is more important than the partisan nature of Parliamentary proceedings, is that MPs on all sides are now allowing the legislative agenda to be dictated by threats of violence from foreign terror-sympathisers — but are unwilling to name the problem, because they know their policies caused it, and will continue to cause it.
ITV’s Brand New Boomer Propaganda
Also on the Podcast this week was coverage of the psychological warfare operations inflicted on the British public during the COVID-19 lockdowns.
ITV have released their new three-part drama Breathless, depicting the early days of COVID on NHS wards as life-or-death for all staff. Note the distinct lack of dancing nurse TikToks in the series. Plenty of time for characters to level intersectional accusations of racism and sexism at administrators and government ministers though…
What’s most important to understand is that media is used by government and Nudge Units to prepare the population to accept policies — such as lockdowns, vaccine passports, and the World Health Organisation’s Pandemic Preparedness Trewaty, which will have it happen all over again…
Share this segment to anyone still under the delusion that the COVID lockdowns were necessary, saved lives, and protected the NHS — and read Laura Dodsworth’s A State of Fear, if you haven’t already.
My Debut on Hearts of Oak
I was interviewed by Peter McIlvenna on Hearts of Oak this week, about a variety of topics.
Peter hosts contentious discussions with a variety of guests of varying political persuasions. He has been slandered with the nebulous label “Far Right” to try to make him too radioactive to talk to.
But if I can debate communists from Novara Media, and critical race theorists on Times Radio, why can’t I talk to another Christian with far more moderate views, which a radically-Liberal political establishment seeks to marginalise.
For a wide and detailed discussion of this week’s news, watch Saturday night’s stream to the War Room Rumble channel.
That’s all for this week. Expect some high-profile interviews and an announcement soon…
